Re: FNSC6313 Thesis Draft (Jeremy Wu 1155014233)

Hi Professor Kwan,

About the referencing: Sorry, I'll definitely run through my references section and edit them accordingly.
About the scope: I'll probably narrow my scope down to "prebiotic effects on the gut microbiome and how this benefits different aspects of GUT-related Health".
Is that focused enough or do I need to narrow it even further?

Dear Jeremy,

A quick scan of your thesis draft/progress report shows that the reference format has some problems. Please check Professor Cheung's instruction carefully to make sure that you understand the format requirement. The second thing is that the scope is too big. Either you will end up with a thick thesis or you can only mention briefly each topic. Please consider a more focused scope.

Best,

HSK

Dear professor Kwan,

I'm not sure if my format is correct, but this is what i've got so far. I've written "pending" for section which are far from complete, and I will continue to add further details based on your feedback.

is it ok if I hand the report in with some of the sections saying "pending" and "briefly describe, etc" underneath, or is that not allowed?

Sincerely,

Jeremy
